Position Summary

Big Bad Boo is looking for a talented Character Designer to create characters for a unique upcoming project. If you have a passion for design, a fresh innovative style and limitless creative energy - We are looking for you!

We are a young company looking for an energetic team player who can positively contribute to creating the best properties in a fun studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on art design and color styling for characters, as needed
• Creating posters, materials and other art work as needed for the studio
• Working in a team environment with other designers to ensure the creative vision of the show is implemented

Requirements

• MUST have 3+ years of experience and come with a full portfolio of sample work in the field of design
• Degree or diploma in fine arts or animation or equivalent
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadline
• Ability to work with people from different disciplines and cultures with varying degrees of knowledge
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Multi-tasker and self-starter who thrives in small, team-oriented environment
• Experience with Mac computers is a plus
• Familiarity with MS office and Adobe drawing products is a plus
