Position Summary

Big Bad Boo is seeking an experienced Animatic Editor with 2+ years of experience to create animatics for 52x11 min episodes, for the TV series "1001 Nights".

We are a young company looking for an energetic team player who can positively contribute to creating the best properties in a fun studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating an animatic from storyboard
• Cutting animatic to time with Supervising Director

Requirements

• MUST have 2+ years of experience and come with a full portfolio of sample work in the field of Editing
• Ability to work in face paced environment
• Degree or diploma in film studies or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to clearly communicate vision to others and get them to realize the vision
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadline
• Ability to work with people from different disciplines and cultures with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Multi-tasker and self-starter who thrives in small, team-oriented environment
• Experience with Mac computers and Toomboom is a plus
• Familiarity with MS office is a plus
• Experience with Flash and Final Cut Pro
